IT & Computer Training in Washington DCThis program provides students with the technical skills necessary to become a computer service technician. Students will learn how to install, configure and upgrade computer systems; how to diagnose and troubleshoot; safety and preventive maintenance; hardware components, and managing basic networking.

The program then provides students with the technical skills necessary to administer, support, and troubleshoot information systems that incorporate the Microsoft Windows operating system software.

Most students complete training within approximately 26 weeks attending the day session and 39 weeks attending the evening session.

Generally, entry-level career options available to graduates of this program include, but are not limited to, Network Technician, Network Support Administrator, Network Administrator, Computer Repair & Maintenance, PC Support Technician, PC Technician, and Help Desk Support. Job titles will vary among different types of businesses and industries.
